Was wondering if anybody has installed a Zenoah GT 80 inside a Ziroli Corsair? Is it possible? Do you have to cut much of the cowl? Any pictures of your installation if you have done this?

I think the GT80 has been done, I know at Topgun there was one with the BME110 installed, have a look here this link you should find it here. http://www.rcuniverse.com/magazine/a...rticle_id=1125 Brian O'meara is the owner.

I have the same kit and was planing on installing the DL100 with a 2-1/2in prop adaptor.

Check6, I just checked nick's web page and pulled up the corsair and it does list the GT 80 as one of the engines of choice to power the corsair so i'm assuming that it does fit. The only other thing you could do is order the shorter plugs for it to make it fit better without any interferance on the sides of the cowl.

It will fit but RAMFlyer is right you need the CH short ignition boots to make it fit. You may also need to change the plugs. I also know it must be completely centered in the cowl.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the input. The GT 80 will go in my Ziroli Corsair, I'll contact C&H ignition and order the plugs and boot caps.
