I want to know if anyone has built an L-4 from a Bob Nelitz plans. I know that a guy up in Canada named Norm Murphy started one in 1988 and finished it. I would like to find out more about this plane. If anyone knows Norm Murphy, can you PM me? Questions like what do they weigh?, What engines have been installed?, Who is Bob Nelitz?, Are they hard to build?, Has anyone flown one? Who makes the best cowl for it?
