werner krantz p-40
Hi,
I 've had this unstarted kit for 5 years. I wonder if there is any interest on what I have done this summer on it
I'm thinking of finishing and selling it. The plans are to paint it like "lighthouse Louie".
If anybody is interested in the progress, I will take some pics and post....BarryY

Hi Barry,
Funny, I also have a Krantz P-40 laying around for at least 5 years+. I'ts the 1/4 scale. I decided 10 days ago to build it. I'll just throw in a link here.[link]http://www.rcflyg.se/forum/showthread.php?t=25672[/link]

I am about to commence building the top flite p-40. However, somewhere back I saw where to buy moulded wheel doors but I failed to make a note at the time. Anyone out there know where to buy the moulded wheel doors for the Top flite P-40? Thanks.

Hi G-Pete,
I have checkt out your thread as well, great build! My plan is to have half of what you have in your p38 hehe...one DA 85. My 1/4 Mustang had a ZDZ 80 RVJ and fly with authority. P40 will be same size and weight, and I'll think Da85 has even a little more power.
Barry,
Sorry no drawings, I used the outer wingpanels to make templates. There is a very good thread at [link]http://www.warbirdforum.de[/link], you have to be a forum member!
