I wanted a small warbird to have a little fun with , so i purchased the CMP spitfire 56". the CMP is VERY cheap so i wasnt expecting much, but on recieving the kit i was surprised to find it very well built and alot more scale than i thought it would be.
I installed a YS63 ...should be a nice combo. This long easter weekend will be a nice chance to see how it flys.....fingers crossed..

That's a great looking scale plane!!...love the flat finish & scale detailing....i believe this is a fairly new Cmpro kit?...hope the stated CG settings are correct!!..exhaust stacks look spot on.
My Cmpro Zero is set for its maiden now....my CG was wrong!..a manual error 'well known'...now reset to recommended setting.
I don't know much about YS engines & mine are all OS & Saito....are they Japanese?..easy for parts?...no-one in the UK sells them?.
Thanks.
