RE: plans about....
Those being post 1946, I am not certain of specific sources. Have you tried the sources lieted on the BigGunsModelWarship Yahoo Group? I did look at a couple of sources there, and did not find them (did find the Jaguar destroyer, but I don't think that is what you are looking for), though I did not check them all. There are also links to suppliers/sources on the NTXBG web site (www.ntxbg.org - se Gedunkt), as well as links to other clubs, which might find you something.
There are actually free plans of the earlier "e-boat" schnellboat on that Group's files as well, and some of the members have extensive collections.
Good luck! Wish I could have been more help.

There is a paper model available out there for about $20.
It is a waterline kit, but you could possibly use the paper model for patterns to build a larger RC model for yourself. If that won't do, then try contacting someone on this website to see if they can provide you with
a link to plans, or provide copies of the plans they used to build their Jaguar Class schnell boat.

Graupner makes a kit if you can find one

If it's not quite correct, perhaps it is a good place to start.

Are you looking for plans to the Mowe Class ( Raubtier Class ) German Torpedoboot 1924?
The Jaguar was one of that class.
Try these

If you are looking for a Plan of the post WWII Schnellboot (MTB) Jaguar-Klasse of the german Navy, I have one.
Its a "SMB=Bauplan" from "Theodor Vieweg Verlag" in Bendesdorf Germany.
I bought it in the late 80ies, so I don't know if it is still edited (but i doubt it).
Because of the size of the sheets (one of 3 is about 1.2 x 0.8 m) i can't scan it and mail it to you.
[]Sorry.
(The best I could try is to take photographs of the plan.)
