How am i supposed to start a forum?

Can someone help me since I am new to this site! May I ask why you must have to post 10 times before you can upload a video or a picture?

Relisting an item. I just noticed that I have an expired ad for something that did not sell. I still have it in the exact same condition, and would like to try selling it again. It would save me from having to unpack everything to re-take the pictures if I could just re-list it, but I did not see anywhere that I had that option.

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to edit the price or words in a classified item im selling... Do I really have to re-post if i want to refine my ad?
