I don't know specifically what you are asking about, but can say without any shadow of any doubt, that the "redesign" of RCU was the worst thing that ever happened to this site.
NO ONE likes the "new and improved RCU"

pan, it looks the same as it has for at least several months, if not years. Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?
