I have not gotten an answer to a few emails I sent, and Laurenne at RCV said she wasnt able to get in touch with you fellows at Condor for thelast week.
I am a patient guy, but I really want to get my engine back! PLEASE!!

Your engine has been sent back to you a long time ago. It than came back to me from Canadian customs, and I resent it again. It has not come back to me since than. It must be sitting somewhere at customs in Canada. I have had troubles with Canadian shipments before. Some have taken as long as 8 weeks to get to their destinations from the US. This is why I will no longer be repairing engines for Canada. The last time I shipped your engine I was told it will get to you in 2-4 days. It has been a lot longer than that since I have sent your engine. I ordered A kit from Canada in April and have not received it yet either. I have no idea what it is between our two countries and the post. Last time I used UPS to Canada it took me over a half hour just to fill out the paperwork. I just cant win with this one.

Otto, thats your problem, you used UPS! The best way to ship to Canada is good old USPS, insured air parcel. Cheap and fairly quick.
Anyway I am glad it is back on its way. What was the problem with it?
Just for your info, I get a lot of packages from the USA (pesonal and from shops) and I use either the post office or fedex, NEVER UPS. Havent had any problems with well over 1000 packages in the last few years...
Thanks for the reply.
Andrew
PS if it was sent ups you should have a tracking number, what is it please?

Otto,
I received my engine a day before yesterday. I have not run it, but there was no documentation regarding what the problem was.
I would really like to know what the problem was, please let me know.
The engine was mailed to me the 21st, took one week and a day. Not bad from the USA to me, via USPS.
