^^ Yeah I was assuming they went backwards before.... rolling the car backwards engages the drive components for some reason while going forward does not.

Solved!
Taking a look at the Shift gears, I found a little rock between 2 teeth. I removed that and the wheels started to go forward and engaged what you said and now the car is runnig again!!
