While backing in reverse the front tires turn back and forth on there own. is there a setting i need to check or a linkage that might need to be adjusted? i dont think its a linkage issue since it goes straight in forward. thanks scott.

which model is it?
if its electric then the ESC, servo or radio could be at fault.

figured it out. thumb screw that goes thru top frame and steering arm that holds all those pivot points together was loose.
