Default shocks on tornado s30

I was wondering if there is a way to keep it from bouncing so much on rough surfaces (as in keeping stock shocks or just upgrading to different ones)? Right now i did however take and put stock slash springs on the s30 stock shock bodys and still getting real bad bounce. Any help would be great cause im thinkin of goin out to my not so local track and doin some runs and dont want to be bouncing all over the place. Thanks in advance for advice

the rear shocks for the slash were longer than the s30 and the seemed stiffer on the slash bodys too im goin to try and run it again here in a little bit cause i did have the screw adjuster all the way down on it thinkin it would make them stiffer but that didnt seem to work. oh and the front ones are the same lenght just a little bit bigger in diameter than the s30

i think different shock oil would be the key, more so than the springs.

im not sure which way to go, heavier or lighter. ligher would lessen the dampening i think. i kinda think that would soften the ride, allowing the shocks to absorb bumps and not transfering them to the chassis. but i could be wrong.

what weight shock oil is put in them from factory? with the last order that i put in to urchobby i got some 55 weight oil but i also had to redo all the shocks when i got it cause it was used and some of the caps had came off from previous user and oil was gone so i put new in. So i guess i will try the 55 oil and see if that helps any and ill post results
