Is it safe to use 30C 5000mah lipos with the earthquake 8e's, my buddy has some that he will sell me super cheap with a decent lipo charger. I believe they are turnigy batteries, and he was talking like $50 for 4 of em and a charger, He just bought some better ones, I guess he didn't like turnigy. He only used them a hand full of times and went out and bought some super fricking expensive ones

man thats a sweet deal!
the packs were like $25 each and then the cost of the charger.
getting it all for $50 is pretty good.
and yes, those packs will work fine in the 8e. same voltage, just more runtime!

That's what Ive been told, the other thing is dnt buy super cheap lipos, ive heard good thing about turnigy/bluesky,
I was worried about using 30c instead of 20c though, Im excited to have 2 extra sets of batteries, that should really increase my run times
also the reason that hes selling them so cheap is because Ireplaced the clutch on his motorcycle
