Default redcat racing support failed need help

so after a few emails, i even tried to call them each time the line has been buisy, i would like some help please, after the esc on my volcano fried i just want it replaced at thhis point
or get a upgraded replacement, anyone one on here a redcat dealer that can warranty my esc, and or upgrade me to a bigger one
any help would be awesome, thanks

Check Hobbyking, they have some compatible ESCs for cheap.

Yes there are alot of  dealers on here but you will still have to fill a warranty claim from redcat and redcat will have to handle it. You can expect a dealer that you did not buy it from to handle the warranty for you. http://www.redcatracing.com/information/warranty.html

and i filled that out all week,  twice in a night,   when i called line was buisy   so its either i buy a complete new set up or keep waiting  and patentince are wearing thin

I dial that number several times weekly most of the time I get through also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

like i stated no bull****  when i called the line was buisy.   i have filled out the warranty claim form all week and just did it again today
  so i`ll try again on monday

here is the update
  my emails were repsonded to and with no issues redcat racing is sending me a upgraded 60amp esc under warranty
 how cool is that      i just needed to be pateint and they came through      thank you again redcat racing

well i got the new esc today,   but i got home late i was in a i-car class all night,  so ill install tomorrow and see what happens
