Are the any good upgrade parts for this truck? Aluminum parts metal spur and pinion gears? Anything? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

many alloy parts are availible.
steering hub, "C" hub, rear hubs, shock towers, front/rear suspension pin mounts, steering drag link.

whats the website theyre availible from? i checked redcat.com and only found replacement plastis parts.

you have to search under the caldera 10e. Their search engine still needs work. look for 10e parts, then select the "hop ups" from the side menu. All of those parts (except maybe the wheel nuts) are compatible with your SC10e.
You can likely find those same parts on ebay as well.
Most of the caldera models are all interchangable parts...as well as most of the 8e line.
