Default Caldera 10e stop making turns help

Hello, I'm new to rc. I have a caldera 10e and my servo stop working. It usually Twitch when the power is turn on, but now it don't anymore . I try plugging another servo but still nothing. The car still goes but no Turning. The last thing I was messing with was the normal and reverse switch on the transmitter then all of a sudden the rc car stop responding.

1st, check the nob on the far right....the duel rate steering nob. make sure its not turned all the way down.
if that checks out, then it could be the radio or reciever.

Yes, I made sure that was all the way up.
chances are the reciever went bad on you.
if its not that old, redcat will replace.
If it is older, the recievers are less than $20
