Hello,
I have searched for topics like the one I'm creating, but didn't find any.
I have a Maverick Blackout ST ( same as Redcat Rampage ) and I would like to change the tires. I have the tires with little rubber "spikes". They wear out too quickly especially on the sides.
Do anyone of you know some good replacement tires ? (Baja) which have pretty much the same diameter but stronger and harder ?
Thanks

Most aftermarket company's make softer (more grip) tires. It is a trade off. Most RTR tires are a little to a lot harder rubber compound. Doing donuts on the street (yes I am guilty) is a good war to wear down any type of tire.

Okay.
And what about the stock MT tires ? They look tough and might not wear out as fast.
I'm just concerned about the size of the tires, especially for the steering. I also have a DDM Dominator installed so that makes another obstacle.

You may have to trim a bit from the body but it should fit. Most of the parts under the body are the same. So I do,t see that as a problem.
