Default Nitro engine operating temp

Id like to know what the optimal running temprature for the tornado s30's SH .18 engine, right now im running at 160*f-180*f and the buggy runs just fine though.

That sounds about good. You also did break the motor in, right?

U can prob lean ur high speed needle if u want, but there is nothing wrong with those temps. It's not until 260/270 degrees that u need to start 2 worry.

It's summertime, unless you're really far north those temps are kinda low. Your SH will be 220-250f when it is singing.
