Default engine dies when warm Tornado s30

SH .18 Engine is set at factory needle settings, hsn 1/2 turn out from flush and LSN is flush. It starts, idles, and runs fine up until it reaches operating tempratures over 200*f, also seems to have less compression when its warm (flywheel is easier to move). Ive been driving it in a sandy/dusty area but kept the filter clean after every run but im guessing the engine still managed to get dirt inside and its worn out. Engine has had 1 gallon ran through it and just now started acting up. Could it also be a low idle issue? I got it set at 1.5mm.
