Default Overheating & dying, High speed screw set

Searched threads, cant find clear answer?
Volcano S30.. Starts ok (needs just a touch of controller throttle), but will run for 2-3 minutes, then it bogs and dies.. Motor is VERY hot when it dies.. The high-speed adjustment is adjusted per instructions, just to skip the easy answers.. Pretty sure its running lean, because I dont see a ton of smoke during acceleration, but if I enrich the mixture, it floods out.. Its as rich as the adjustment will go without bogging down, but still seems lean..

Any suggestions?
