Redcat Lightning STK
I bought what I believe is a Redcat Lightning STK. It was setup for drifting but comparing pictures to what I can find online it appears to be a STK. I tore it down and ordered some new parts mainly to tighten up the front end and replace some bad bearings. I have a few questions:
1). What differential lube are you supposed to use in the two gear cases? This will be setup for indoor carpet road racing. Nothing is mentioned in the manual.
2.). Can the gear train handle an upgrade to a brushless setup? I know they have done that in the drifting version. I assume it uses the same differentials but figured I would ask before doing it. Any particular brushless setup recommended for this car?
3.). Can anyone confirm from the picture that this is the motor and esc for the STK versus the drifting version of the lightning?
Thanks for the help in advance.
