When my car is opened up the first gear is really high pitched and then once it hits second its like low pitched then its starts gaining speed to the high rev is that normal or should the second be high reved right away like first gear i dont really know.

It's normal,just like a real car as the gear ratios change through gears it will affect the RPMs.
