I'd try switching to an alkaline glo-ignitor first off. The ones that are in the starter kits have been troublesome.
We're working on getting alkaline ignitors in, but until then try your local hobby shop, ebay, or www.towerhobbies.com.

maybe glow plug no good, i usually change it the first sign of trouble, if the ignitor is good and your getting fuel, take the plug out and put it in the ignitor and see how good the "glow" is. if no glow or low glow then put new plug in.

is the fuel going to the carb?? How was it last time you ran it? is the cord hard to pull? if it is hard to pull maybe its flooded, you need to take the plug out, pull the starter with the engine upside down a few pulls, put plug back in and try it again. If this is not the case either change the plug or prime the carb, take the airfilter off and put a couple of drops of fuel in it, also make sure that the carb has a little opening so it will pull in air and start.

its flooding out, try to dry it out by taking the plug out, turning upside down and pulling on the cord without the plug in. maybe put the high needle and low needle lean an 1/8 turn and try to start again, suggest a new plug!!!!!!!
