I think you just need a new glow plug because you say it runs while the ignitor is on.
When you remove it it dies?

you are riding too lean. richen your mixture by turning the High Speed Needle counter-clockwise. do that 1/8 of a turn at a time (imagine that the needle's head is apizza and you are turning it as much as a slice of pizza....yum). you will find the right spot after a while.
I had the same problem broah wasn't hard to solve though.

Sorry guys but it sounds like he is running too rich, your getting to much fuel to the engine, you need to turn it clockwise an 1/8 turn and drive, over and over until its starts running better.

Mmm... I'm hungry all of a sudden. to check your glow plug unscrew it from the engine and attach it to the glow charger. If the coil lights up then it's fine and you just have to tune your car. If nothing happens then you'll need a new one. Be real careful though, that thing gets real hot and will easily burn you if you're holding it in the wrong spot. Also be sure you have somewhere to pop it out of the charger that isn't going to burn. If none of that works let us know and we'll try to think of somthing else
