there is two green colored things in the redcat picture for upper plate does anyone know what it is could it be something to help hold batteries and electronics any suggestions let me know thank

Maybe its a battery box ???

i have no idea what it means, maybe those are the parts that get replaced? i know that to install it you loose the electronics plastic box and the stock plastic upper brace, had to remove them inn mine, as for the battery pack try a zip tie, the receiver should be installed in some sort of rubber ballon to prevent it from getting wet,use either double sided tape or velcro for it.
