talk about ganging up! yes they do work & work well. I have the venom smart temp and it plugs straight into the receiver. Easy as.

To answer the question, failsafes are great. if your batteries die while you're driving your 1/8 scale buggy...you're a lot less likely to ram yourself in the ankle...trust me on that one, LOL
