Default RE-FUELING??????

Hey, my dad was concerned when I told him about re-fueling while the engine is still running. So I was wondering what others think. Thanks for help.

i do it with no problems, just attach a pull tie to the tank lid so you can pull it open with that instead of the tank lid and cut out the body above it so you dont have to remove it.

Yeah cut a little hole enough to pull up the zip tie and refuel it. There are no problems with re-fuel while running...It would suck to have to turn it off every time you need to re-fuel.

i have never tried to refuel while teh motor is running but would that cause you to lose fuel tank pressure to keep the fuel primed?

I was thinking about that too, but I guess the engine itself would still provide enough suction for itself at idle.

the engine will stay running long enough to put fuel in it. I always refuel unless the engine is hot while running, when they race the nitro's they refuel on the go too.
