Default transmission ? on tornado xp

I have been reading about people not being able to switch gears. Is there a way to adjust the transmission. I thought I read it earlier but can't remember or find it. thanks Greg

I think maybe we should try cleaning up the FAQ post. It's hard to keep all the posts just on Repair and tuning. Posts start to wander and alot of great info gets buried.
