Default Running Problem

Hi all, I have a volcano with a 2speed box in and has been running great, however i have developed a bit of a problem, when i start it it runs great for around 5 mins then all of a sudden the power just dissapears, the truck goes really slowly and it wont change gear, if i pick it up and hit the gas the wheels will spin fast and it will change gear but when i put it down it just goes slow, if i stop the engine and then restart it she runs fine, i have tried to richen/lean out the hsn but it still happens, and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

you may have a blown engine or its overheating, when an engine gets hot it will loose compression

Reset your needles back to the factory settings and see what happens.

Thanks for the quick reply, if i try and richen it up some more will that make it run cooler, thinking about it i have only run it before with the temp around 5-6degrees and to day it's around 12, i think i will reset the needles if i can find what the settings are, and i might replace my fuel filter and air filter, the air filter looks a bit grubby.

Yeah usually is the keyword, lol ... mine runs hotter/better when I richen mine go figure, ehh.

What you describe is somewhat of what was happening to me, check your header/manifold bolts to be sure they are not working themselves a little loose. Mine were and it was driving me nuts because it wasn't really enough to leak, just to slightly change the exhaust note and cause loss in power due to loss backpressure.
