viper xst problem :(

Default viper xst problem :(

hi all ive gettin my self a viper xst and wow at the problems ive had , first week i had it exhaust melted (curse them plastic parts lol ) then the reciever wudnt respond then the front lower arm went and the bar in the suspension snapped then after waitin weeks to get the new parts i took it out on open flat land grass went lovely till it just wudnt move i cudnt even push it with my hand i thought it was the breaks but its not and its makin a horrible grinding sound from then engine u can hear it wen i pull the pull start ive got no clue as to what it is , could it be becoz im not using after run oil on my engine ifnot could any 1 who has had same problem with yours tell me what u did about it becoz i would hate to think i need to buy another engine i would be so gratefull for any tips on fixin this problem

If the engine is grinding get a new engine, it's junk, sounds like improper break in procedure possibly or too low of oil content. If you want to be sure it is or is not junk, take the cooling head off and look inside at the sleeve and piston, if that looks good, take the engine out of the truck and pull the back plate and look indside the block to see what's going on. Sounds like it's trashed though. Good luck. Oh by the way if the engine is junk Himoto has a life time warrenty on there engines, just send the engine in with half the cost of a new engine and there warrenty form filled out.
