EWWWW, are you sure your using the right allen wrench? If the screws heads are stripped you might not be able to get it off. One thing you can try though is get a set of star hex drivers that you can gently tap into the hole in the screw head, but not sure how well that will work on the small hardened screws.

well. what you could do is get 4 allen wrenches that close to fit and jb weld them to the heads, let it sit overnigth and you will be able to turn them right out, there junk tho then.

No No, bad idea, if the rest of the screw is stuck in the block and doesn't happen to come out for whatever reason then your realy up the sh-t creek without a paddle.

kool, though usually the best way 4 me to get stripped hex screws out is to use a slightly larger star shaped bit with an extension and use a hammer to tap it in and make a extremely tight fit, then us a wrench at the top of the extension and slowly twist it out, it works all the time but eventually the tip may break off inside the screw if you try it too many times with the same bit. thats how i do it, i dont know.[sm=72_72.gif]
