Is there supposed to be a gasket between the header the motor, because if there is I lost it. I ask because I lost one of the bolts on it and ever since then I can't prime the motor by putting my finger over the pipe.

yes there is and you can replace them with these http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXN376&P=ML or go to your local car parts store and get a sheet of gasket material
