when ajusting idle do u screw it in to lower idle or out to lower idle cause my tires spinn when i turn the car on

i thought it was one way but then it turned out to be another on mine. to check it pull the air filter off and see which way makes the hole smaller on the carb.

screw it in to raise idle. That is standard on all cars. It cant be different on cars. Also if your wheels are spinning it might be the clutch spring broken....
