Default STARTING PROBLEMS

my tsunami is hard to start after it sits for a couple of days ,once i get it started it continues to start failey easy, when i go to prime it i cover the pipe and pull the string a couple of times ,but it seems like it takes forever for the gas to start to work it way to the carb, then for some reason it floods, i have to take glow plug out , turn truck over, clear the lines and start all over again ,then sometimes i have to play with riching and leaning over and over again for it to finally start , then it's all out of tune ,is there a easier was to start ? would one of those easy starter solve this problem ?

Default RE: STARTING PROBLEMS

A roto starter will make it easy on your arm and starting will be faster .But you are dealing with a fuel tank problem maybe it is not sealing right or it is pluged at the point where they install the nipple for the fuel inlet, Those are a hot install it is where they warm the nipple and then insert it in to the tank I have had two of them that way. To check take the line off the pipe and so how hard it is to blow into it and get fuel to the carb if it is hard then you are dealing with a leak some where the fuel lines is a good starting place and then check the tank o-ring under the tank lid and take the nipple out and look inside the hole with a flash light and make sure there is no plastic in there.. Check these things out and then get bake to us and we will se if we can get thjis problem fixed.
