Default FRONT WHEELES

I changed my front wheel hubs and carriers and now when i have my tsunami off the ground on a block a wood my front wheels don't spin free and loose like they did before,they seem tight ,could i have tightned something to tight , or is this ok , my rear wheels still spin free and loose

maybe your wheel nuts are too tight, loosen them up a little and see if that helps

Also there is alittle pin that goes through the axle behind the wheel locking nut on the back side of the wheel make sure you didn't forget to put that pin back through the axle.
