did you take the plug out and put it in the ignitor and see if it glows, did you charge your ignitor for 12 hours before you used it. you may just need a new plug, os a3 works great

you take the plug out, clip it in the ignitor and see if it lights up bright orange, and the whole thing, coil. when its cold out, its sometimes hard to start a nitro engine

9 times out of 10 your first plug will go out during break in. But some plugs last a long time while others will go out very fast. It is kinda depends on the plug you get. I always carry extra ones just in case.

Your glow ingnitor shor last for a very very long time at least untill the battery can't take it anymore and that could be a few years from now, unless of course you run it over with your car, lol. You should be able to get some OS3 glow plugs from your LHS for pretty cheap. Save ya shipping anyway.

why say OS3 plugs? he asked about a .28 the os a3 is too hot for a .28, thats why i said a #8, in either case your local hobbys shop should have the plugs, you would want a med/hot plug to run 20% fuel

Best is to buy several plugs. Over time i probably have close to 20-30 plugs for various driving and tuning.

its hard to say, anything is possible, there is a 30 day warranty on the radio system so if you have had it for less than 30 days and you think there is a problem with it, contact redcat or the dealer you got it from.

your welcome, since your racing with the family, get a dx2 radio system from spektrum, this way you dont have to worry about frequencies, its a little pricey though. a good, cheap radio is the futaba 2ph, its like $50 and comes with radio, reciever and 2 servo's

The Futaba 3PM is a decent 2.4 gig comes with one receiver. Around $200.00. Highly adjustable for a midrange transmitter. Ten model memory.

had some bad luck with the futaba's 2.4 lately. And there warranty stinks. Stick with spectrum.
