Default Is this a good servo?

Anybody have any experience with this servo it has 180oz of torque at .17 sec. which is good and is as fast as my JR650 servo and it is cheap! Thinking of trying a couple for the hell of it. Here are two. They are the same servos but branded differently.

Why? So far I have had better luck than you matrix guys with my servos. I did just buy the hitec 140oz from dennis you guys used to run and see how it does on my hyper. Almost bought the $$$ servo from dennis but said I would have to make installment payments to him to pay for it if that was ok LOL I guess you can see what his answer was since I bought the 35.00 dollar one LOL.

those towerpro servos and company over rate their products. They list a "fast" reaction time and speed to sell their servos when in reality, they perform around +.20 seconds.

http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXPHD4&P=SM

Its made by hitec for towerhobbies and has the same specs as the other hitec servo. Its going to cost more, but its quality is a lot higher, and the warranty is definitely better.

I bought one a few months ago for another car just to see how it workded and I was pleasently surprised. Its not lightning fast but is at least as fast as the stocker in your redcat and many times stronger. For a beater you can't beat it..

I have been using the JR 9000 for about 10 months comes with 3 year warranty. It cost a little extra, but well worth it. I have raced against alot of vehicles in practice and when it comes to bumping tires I always come out on top. I'm sure everyone has thier fav. this one haooens to be mine.
