Default engine exchange program question

I bought my Shockwave thru redcat themselves and did not save any paperwork and was wondering where they stand on the exchange program? Id love to trade in my compression free .16 VX for a .18 SH motor for a spare?? I should be on their computers since I have bought a LOT of hop ups for it too

Nick??

Thanks, Frank

If you can log into the account you made when you bought it, there should be an invoice I would think that you can print off.

A few months ago after reading a post like this I wrote to the online dealer I bought 2 of mine from. They said not to worry, they had records.I asked for them to please send me a copy of the origional invoice-they did,-.Two weeks ago I blew a motor and needed it for the replacement program
