How do these work?

Team Losi *** POWER TIRE GLUER *** WOW!!!

I have never seen one of these before how do they work? They take batteries as well. Talk about your tires craping out, Looks like a toilet for the tires.

Uhmm, Is the old fashioned way that hard? Almost 72 bucks w/ shipping /handling. You could get 4 tires n rims for that!
