i have a spektrum dx3 and like it, horizon is a great company, i sent them the radio and they repaired it no charge over a year later. Futaba is a good radio too and they are both 2.4 spread spectrum. Just my opinion, the Spektrum is a great radio.

thanks eroof I value your opinion and I will end up buying one of these radios . I know futaba is good but was not sure if the spektrum was as good or not.

i have a few futaba radio's too, not the 2.4 fasst system though, i really dont know how to rate it.

For $20.00 more you can get the same radio with the servos new in the box. Plus you would not have to be concerned about warranty issues if you buy it new.
