you bet... ehroof you should start something about engine break in. like what is the best or have people vote to see what everyone thinks is the best break-in..

hey ehroof. you should put a sh.18 in your lighting and put a good air filter and pipe on it and see how fast you can get it to go.

you know what it is, everyone is going to have their own "best" way to break in an engine. It can be a sore discussion sometimes. i prefer a traxxas style break in, 5 tanks, like the redcat one. some people like heat cycle, some people do a bench break in.

the traxxas break in, its a 5 tank sytle break in, little more throttle each tank, on and off type of throttle. i like it better than the heat cycle, keeps it interesting.

Thats pretty much how I do all my break ins and I probably only have a few less break ins than Ehroof every year
you guys I've put a good little SH in the lightning thats working out real well is anyone would like to try. [link=http://xtm-dealer.com/zencart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=22&products _id=626]SH .12 PRO[/link] only problem is you have to change the exhaust system

No wonder you hardly get out to run them these days, that must be one hell of a process to get 10 car, parts and tools ready to go. That Lightning is going to be killer with a SH18!!! How much fuel do you blast through when you go out??

You need to take some time one day and get some good pictures of your Redcat family. Be nice to see just about every model Redcat all in one picture. Speaking of, what models do you have left to buy to have the entire Redcat line??
