Thats what you want it to do really, so it dont bend or crack more parts.....

i like the bend on that. if you added 1 or 2 more of those bars that just might help if you really hit something hard.with the angle it woul;d help deflect the impact and try to bounce the front end up. very nice great job. what kind of aluminum did you use? i was thinking of making a better bumper for my volcano out of small brake line tubing, but what you got looks better than what i was gonna do.
