I kind of Blew a diff (rear) with the VX-18... i did not know that it had that much power... so i took the center rear god bone and the Back two out so i have front wheel drive it is funny!!! but you have to watch out for the powerband on the engines.... becouse i over reved it it is louD! i need a stronger dif is there a cross refrence for one like a Hpi (not traxxas arnt the traxxas plastic diff gears) or a AE or some thing elts that is stronger than the 2 gear...

Wait Im not understanding. You cant blow a diff if its not hooked up. Something else not right there.

i think he means the engine is loud. and yes they are once the power band kicks in. i love my little vx 18. it ain't the strongest or the most powerful but i like it. not sure about the diffs though ask ehroof or clermont they should know.

there are no 1/10 diffs that i know of except the redcat ones, they are good diffs though, steel.

no i blew it then i un hooked it just to run it for the rest of the day...

and what i mean is yes i hit the power band and spins the front tires like crazy and screams to a high rpm when i am going down the road at half throdel and pin the throdel... and what is the max rpm for the vx-18's ?? i will make a video..
