Default servo saver

on my volcano my servosaver is messed up. The upper and lower pieces on the saver when turned offset thus reducing the effect of the saver now my volcano wont turn correctly sometime it turns sometimes it doesent. Are there any more durable setups available? or ones that fit off other vehichles?

All you need to do is tighten the silver wheel on the servo saver. This will put more pressure on the two pieces that split.

Your going to want to grab the threads above the silver wheel with a pair of pliers or vice grips, then you can spin the silver wheel to put more pressure on the spring. ***Be very careful not to put too much pressure on it of the aluminum threads with the pliers or they will collapse.***

Wow, loks like that part is just worn out! I wore mine out and replaced it on my turggy after a few months of running.
I know for the 1/8 scale there is am ALU upgrade. If there is one available for the 1/10 that looks like the way to go to me.
I will be making this upgrade to my Monsoon when the stock one looks like yours!
A stock replacement is only a few bucks and your vehicle will turn great again!

The servo saver on my Volcano SV PRO that I just received was so loose, that the steering barely worked. Then I tried to hold the threaded shaft and tighten the adjuster - no dice. I had to remove the entire servo saver from the truck and brute force it. The adjuster finally started to turn and I got it tightened up pretty good now. It looked worn out right out of the box. I also installed a Tower Pro MG995 servo for the steering and took the original steering servo and moved it to control the throttle and brakes. After much fiddling around, I now have working steering and brakes. The truck also arrived with the steering linkage built incorrectly causing it to bind up. So I sorted that problem out at the same time.
