Default brake pads

what do ya think they are made of my one disk is broken. and untill i have enough to order i just wonder if i could come up with a temp. fix. thanks everyone

You mean besides asbestos? Lol

That is a good question; I have seen some gasket materials that may work for awhile, any thoughts Ed?

yeah, gasket material and some ca glue is a good temporary fix

check out the 1/8th buggy thread...guy used industrial rubber for brake pads...dont know how he made out...should be on the last 3 or 4 pages

the carbon fiber brake disk for the jato has been a good seller. Its not cheap but holds up great and stops on a dime.

well update.... went to the auto part store got some rubberized gasket stuff a sheet of 4ftlong and 10in wide 1/32 and let me tell you a little adjustment better than new
