What is the factory settings for the carb on the SH.28?

HA!! I don't remember but I use a the following settings on my engines: HSN at 3 1/2 turns out and LSN at 3 turns out. This is a really rich setting I usefor both needles for break in and then from there I lean out both needles as needed. Usually the Idle Set Screw is 1 1/2 turns out.

no the .28 you do not set the low end flush. The motor wont start like that. They are the setting for the .18. Go with 3 on high and 2.5 on low. that should get you close.
