First remove the suspension arms. There are four screws on the bottom of the chassis on each end holding the bulkheads in, then two extra screws on the shock tower holding the shock tower. Remove the entire diff case assembly, and there's two screws holding the bulkhead cover and shock tower, remove them then your differential should just pop out.
Note: For the front bulkhead, there's two screws holding the case in which are attached to the top frame.
