RE: monsoon
Axial 32. Have one in my savage and it screams. Have the Axial 32 with an RD logic Performance pipe and it just screams like mad. Almost as good as the STS 30 I had in my hurricane.

RE: monsoon
nah... some of the 21's well most of the .21's are better than the stock motor. The stock motor is good dont get me wrong but it also depends if you want to run it on the tracks or just beat on it.

Dennis is right..., with a .21 you can get to the same hp..they run nice and better on fuel...I've had the .21 go hobby engine and it was ok...I currently have a sh.21 8 port on my buggy but It's only had 2 tanks ran through it so far...I think it has just as much if not more power then my sh.28 with an xtm piston sleeve.

Radical 21 is a great engine, its basically an OPS carbon copy engine (although its made by OPS).
As for other .21's, there are a bunch of worthy 21's to choose from. I heavily suggest that you check out what Picco has to offer, along with the typical Nova Rossi, Sirio and RB. Italian stallions have an awesome reputation with reliability, dependability, consistency and quality control.
Now, if you are not looking to race but plan to bash, there are several other great brands out there. OS has quite a bit to offer, as does Go Tech. Picco based engines are also great performers in that "lower cost" price range.
Personally, I'd steer clear of Axial engines. the .28 they have is almost 100% the same as the HPI 4.6 engine, but with minor port changes. The 32 however, is just their .28 with a bigger displacement. Force engines aren't exactly "reliable" engines so I'd steer clear from them (manufacturer for HPI and Axial engines)
