ENGINE HELP
HOW DO YOU KNOW IF ENGINE IS BAD I HAVE 1.8 ON REDCAT TORNADO BB AND IT SOUNDS FUNNY HOW DO YOU KNOW IT WAS FINE AFTER BREAK IN NOW A LITTLE SLUGGISH ON TAKE OFF AND TAKES A WHILE TO HAVE THAT HIGH PITCH SOUND

Go for the cheap fix. First turn the needle valve all the way in, and back it out 3 turns. Start her up and see if she runs better. Tweak that valve only an eigth of a turn at a time!! Does she still smoke? If so, this is good.
Next up, the glow plug might be giving you some hassle. They use a cheap plug on these, and you could be losing compression out the plug itself. Saw this 4 times. In my own, and my son's tornado.
Try the cheap fixes first. We'll look at cracked blocks another day.
