has any ordered off RCToysNH.com before cuz its been a week and i still haven't got my lightning. im getting a little pissy[:@][:@]

UPS from California to Michigan takes 5 days. I have ordered several items in the last week and they have delivered already. Tigerdirect is in CA, I am in MI, ordered on Friday and received on Tuesday. If anything else, the service this year has been the BEST I have ever experienced.
I also ship daily with UPS as the manager of a shipping dept. we have experienced no delays what so ever.

FYI - UPS does not guarantee transit time on ground, it can take 7-10 business days .
Scrambles order was 11/24, shipped 11/25 and delivered 12/02
(his first post is dated 12/3/2008 ?????)
Also with DHL cutting back UPS has been taking up the slack.
We had one package shipped from NH to FLA 11/18 and it was delivered 12/03.
If you know of a way to force UPS to deliver within time frames quoted for ground service, we are all ears.

Well i ordered a truck on Monday 19th Jan 09 and my payment was authorised however they didn't ship it as yet.
How soon do they normally ship after payment is authorised?
Jus need to know so i can plan my schedule accordingly

I have placed numerous orders from other sites without problem.
My payment was authorised and my bank confirmed you all received the payment.
I indicated my billing address prior to placing the order and the reply in the email advised to add a note in the comment section.

But from my end it seems NHWOODS got the payment and my bank confirmed it
