you probably set the EPA. End Point Adjust. It limits the servo's throw. So, the arm does not go as far, does not kick the throttle hard enough, or hit the brakes right. Check your epa settings, run them up to 100%
Also, there is a little thing I quote once in while... RTFM. Read the freaking manual! Sorry.. but sometimes folks get too excited to look the book over.
Every radio is different about the memory settings... cant help much there. But the manual can..
